URL Parameters Missing in Email Notification

Hi Experts,

                  I am trying to send a Webdynpro URL in the email notification in my Workflow. I am sending the Workitem ID as a Parameter with the URL. My requirement is to use the parameter value (Workitem) and pre populate the webdynpro View with the container data. For some reasons The parameter itself is missing from the URL in SOST and Outlook and the recipient is just receiving the URL without the parameter section. When I looked at the container data, I can see the Entire URL along with the Parameter. Please find the Screen shots below. You can notice that in the outlook, the section after "?" is missing. Your help is greatly appreciated.
