Hi,
I have started my CAL instance of SAP HANA Developer Edition. Connecting gives me an IP address, an instance number, a user id and password.
When going to the add system dialog in the HANA Development Perspective in Eclipse and entering all those details EXACTLY via copy and paste, I get a failed logon with incorrect credentials as the reason for the failure. WTH!! I even did this while watching Thomas Jung do exactly the same thing successfully in his tutorial and still my login fails.
Actually I have just tried launching some of the sample apps on the landing page where it actually states that if asked for a user id and password that you should use the CODEJAMMER or SYSTEM users and passwords provided and then those credentials fail as well for those apps. This is ridiculous.
Paranoia creeping in. I had this happen once before about a year ago. Just can't rememeber how it was resolved at the time!!
